[Resolved]  Healthkart — payment made, money deducted yet the order has not been placed

On the Healthkart app, I have paid Rs 1976 via UPI on 31st March 2019 at 3:45 pm, for Muscleblaze Whey Protein, 2.2lbs cafe mocha flavour. The payment has been made and money deducted from my account but the order was not placed on the app. (I got no response from the app).
Kindly look into the issue as money has been deducted from my account and I have got no response from the app.

I got the message for the order being placed after one and a half hours. Still thankyou for looking into the issue or it was possibly a delay in the system.

I have not received my product . It's been shipped from 25 March 2019 and date of delivery was 27 March 2019.

My order number is HKM[protected] via book my packet.
Please look into the matter or I will cancel the order.
My Order id is HKM[protected] which I ordered by mistake its been 4 days but I still not got the refund. In case of amazon they gave me the refund within 1 hr. Healthkart service is the worst.
