[Resolved] Healthkart — product not delivered but I received message saying it's delivered to me | |||
Order number is hkm[protected] and i ordered a protein powder. I kept getting messages saying i have postponed the delivery but i didn't even get a call from delivery people. I got a call from them today asking if i was available for delivery just like i got calls since saturday so i asked them to cancel the order. One hour after this call, i got a message and a mail saying the product has been delivered to me. I have not received the product and since this order is prepaid, i want to know if i am ever going to get the ordered product or my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
