Heavenvilla Ethnic — product issue and replacement

I placed and order from instagram with this heavenvilla_ethnic at 1400/- and the product is as worst as 100/- rs clothes.. Quality is so cheap and not at all as per shown in picture design is also different so when i msgd the same nos on whatsapp for replacement they were not replying i waited all day long and then finally after getting pissed off with their ignorance i got hyper and used abusive labguage and then they replied saying i will go to my lawyer to complain and they we like i was on leave today and dint come online all day where in i sent her the screen shot for the same still the person was lieng and not ready to accept when asked for contact nos they dont have answer for that top on that they back amswered saying i would have helped you but not anymore.. But not ready to provide any real detail of their.. Adress given in invoice is not related to heavenvilla as per google.. And now there is no respond and the way they talk is very rude.. They dont have proper policy of doing business i dont know how come any tom dick and harry can start making money on social networking site without providing their real information and without any proper customer service support.. This should stop asap to save money of genuine ppl this will stop online business and will loose the trust on online shopping.. Waste of time and money.
