This is to bring to your notice that on 19th march, 2014, a term deposit account was opened with helios and matheson information technology ltd. With tdr no. Cdb053260 by my mother tapati ghosh. On the date of maturity of the account i. E. 19th march, 2015, 2 cms disbursement cheques (Principal and the interest) were issued in favour of the aforementioned depositor through hdfc bank from the a/c no. [protected] of the values ₹50000 and ₹6340. But just before the date of maturity, there was an intimation from the company about not to encash the cheques due to some issues at their end. As a result, the cheques bounced at that time, due to which the maturity value of ₹56340 could not be recovered from the account before the validity of the cheques got lapsed.

Please look into this proactively and come up with a resolution to the aforementioned issue and arrange for the settlement of the pending dues for the above account.

Please find attached the term deposit receipt copies and the issued cheques.
