i have purchased a cerruti watch from titan the helios the watch store, airport, mumbai on[protected]. But the same piece is faulty and not running good. The watch is frequently shut down, hence i request you to refund the money. Since i have already given the same watch to your service centre situated at helios the watch store, pozitive opulent retails pvt ltd. Alpha centre court, shop no. 1, sindhubhavan marg, prl colony, ahmedabad-380054 for service on[protected]vide job no. Joaw[protected] and receipt no. Fraw[protected]. But till date, the watch is not return after due service. Hence i request you to refund the money of my watch.
