My user id is w1c1434591. As the order was placed on 19 feb as i had paid money for it and after that i had refused to take order and wanted to cancelled it and as product was firstly reached to us on 22 feb and we refused and wanted to cancel the product and we all had made process and finally they cancelled the order on 2nd of march and they initiated for refund on 15th march and mailed us that the refund will reflect on your account in 7 - 10 working days but still there is no refund issued and when i called back on 29th march they said they are requesting the finance team as soon as they can, after that i again called on 6th april regarding refund but still same answer and now today at 9th april when i called they are saying that refund is already initiated on 29th march. As of they can also say that on 6th april but they didn't and they are now saying today, when i refused that the refund is not received than they are asking for bank statement as they are not confirming from customers after doing refund. So today i had to called 5-6 times for getting update as they are not liable to give any update. And now they are asking me to wait as refund will initiate and ask me to wait as i am waiting from 22 feb to till now (as on me ) and from their side 2nd march to till now .

So now i am complaining about the inconvenience which i had to face after calling 15-20 times till i had cancelled my order.

I have made order on 25th of march but order confirmation is not done but payment has been done request you to check and refund it

I have paid the 40$ dollars for the enrollment packet. I have put a Sponsors name as Clayton Simmons and the member is him also. I, Gwendolyn Henry I am the member. Why can't that be changed so I can order. I have filled out the name change form 3 or 4 times with copies of my License and my Military ID card. If I cancel my membership I have to wait 180 days to get enrolled again. That is totally unacceptable. I want to file a complaint to the Department that keeps on denying my request. I purchased a herballife product to a sum of £123 my product has not been delivered and they have refused to refund my money as well .

Emma Rikewall who sells herbalife products has been terrible at customer service. I ordered products on the 18th and 10 days later I have no even received a valid tracking number. She gave me a fake tracking number, and emails going back and fourth where she is purely blaming Herbalife instead of her incompetency. I just want to know where the products I paid for are, or a full refund and I will report her distributor site as a scam/

I had ordered for 14 items, but received only 13 items. I had complained online but no one responded. My order no is 3I20142846 and cell-u-loss is missing from my packet, please provide my missing item.

I am adv Rupali Datir from amravati Maharashtra using Herbalife products last 3/4 month s and invest 20/25 thousands on that.and now last one and half month I am facing huge amount of hairfall.my dr told me this is side-effects of the Herbalife products.i want my money back.

I started using this product with 56 kg they told you will get cash back if you dont lose weight. I started with mister chaawhan after month my weight is same i asked them they told you may did in wrong way. And they told how ever you dont have any prove to prove it. For cash back we are not responsibble. I was feeling weakness while having that too. And also they told me to have 6 times afresh in a day but you have mentioned not more than three... Please dont cheat like this. I wasted my hardly earned 6300 rupees.

My Wife started using Hebalife products sometime in march 2021, after 45 days she started experiencing side effects such as Vitamin Deficiency, continuous sneezing, and running Nose, severe hairfall etc..
We approached the so called Great Coach "Bhooma Govindan" (she is from Chennai) and she is not at all concerned about customer's health, rather she is trying to project that products are great and there will not be any side effects as if she is a doctor.
Then we consulted our physician and Doctor suggested to stop this products immediately and then she started recovering from the health issues slow.
This coach doesn't know anything about products and they are just money minded and loot people. They only suggest customers to simply join sessions by paying money and use the products continuously and life long etc..
We also escalated this issue to customer care and Initially they acted as if so much concerned about customers and they promised that they will process the return and initiate refund. But later on they also not responding saying some cock and bull stories like associate should not order for the customer etc..
It has been close to 2 months since my wife stopped using this WORST products and still she is suffering from the health issues.

I am from West Bengal. My sponser is Soumita Mukherjee and Master coach is Dhrupad Bhattacharya. They misbehaving with me. Due to my illness I am supposed to eat carbohydrates... Less amount of protein and fat. So for last 3 months my PPV was 0. My sponser and master coach threatened me for this and they wanted more referrals but due to my illness I could not do it but i tried. Last day they tried to open my Herbalife profile with previous password. And my profile was blocked. Then they lied me that Herbalife has blocked my account as my ppv was zero. Then they collected OTP from me for a new password and then converted my profile as a preferred customer with out acknowledging me. Then they preserve that password and did not provide me. They are frauds. I need a special attention to this. I have my underlines why should I not get profit from it? They are frauds

Only Business minded Mentors and coaches available, Brainwash sell the products if they working somewhere they brainwash and quit the job. Easy to get money showing like that. after 1 month no bother about existing customers makes you Bakra (Fool). In social media they can shows to pictures and video without disclaimed using Herbalife symbol.

Advertising Cash Money (for weight Loss /Gain). But they tell no advertising. But every single status and social media showing money minded only. If your product is good then why forcibly sell the product.
worst advertising in every moment.

Its happening in Karnataka especially (Bangalore & shimoga).
Co-operate look and take action against them?????

I had join fit hour nutrition club of herbalife associate. She is from lucknow. First month she charged 6969 for club fees n product which contain shakemate, formula 1 mango n vanilla flavor, afresh... Next she told me to add multiple product worth rs 6500 approx then she asked me to be on 2 time shake which she didn't told me before starting the club... She told me expense is about 7k only... But the fraud lady asked me to buy shake n afresh n she will continue for next month club now she is harrasing me n now providing club zoom link. She is from lucknow and her name is raziya but she mention ziya..
My last order was about 3700 and she made me pay 6969..
Please cancel her associateship from herbalife..
