Heritage Fresh — Easy club heritage card

I have taken heritage card with 1000 joining fee and eligible for 1000 cashback under special request from the store agent. Now due to lockdown am not able to that cashback and wasted my money simply, as there is no stores at our town. This is one of the fraud card scam as far as I know. A person who is close to heritage can nly encash and the cashback also expires in the same month. I seriously did a mistake in taking this useless card. Sorry...
