I have purchased a heritage fresh savings club card membership at Rs 999, but now that Heritage Fresh stores have been closed, I cannot use it anymore. There should be a system for redressal or atleast a refund.

I have bought two packs of heritage shrikhand with lot number KS. 223 from reliance smart point and them found them spoiled with a foul smell which shouldn't happen as I have bought it 2weeks before expiry date ....

In August month ending there was an offer where they offered microwave oven for the person who will purchase more will get an oven.
So I participated in that offer. So we purchased daily for our family members (4 families) and we made 30, 000 purchase. So waited for winners...

When i visit one of your stores located in hyderabad no fresh stock availabla maximum expired items available including vegitables where thare is no manufacturing or date of packing or best before usage or expiry date even vegitables are not at all fresh including foodie items and simply argue with customers kindly look onto the matter even no single response from stores and higher officials expecting a callback from higher officials about...

Rude behaviour with customers as well as nill stock and staff were not aware of the products and offers and everytime nill stocks near by there are 2 stores comparitively 1 stores is far better than other stores and the stores is looking like a public place or a park.kindly look over the stores your action required...

I have taken heritage card with 1000 joining fee and eligible for 1000 cashback under special request from the store agent. Now due to lockdown am not able to that cashback and wasted my money simply, as there is no stores at our town. This is one of the fraud card scam as far as I know. A person who is close to heritage can nly encash and the cashback also expires in the same month. I seriously did a mistake in taking this useless card....

I have recently bye the Himalaya product (Himalaya Shampoo anti dandruff). When I open to use it, it contains 60% water in it by seeing it I can understand that the product is compromised. I have taken heritage fresh membership card from alwal branch. This is the worst card ever used, you are looting customers money in telling non sense and not even a single month i got benefitted with this card. Last few months many products. Ex. Mysore sandle soaps., lion dates.. Vijaya oil brands... Not available at abide store. That's why i am forcefully going to dmort. Himyathnagar where the same products available with 6% discount.. Now i felt remorse to be meber i heritage club with 1000rupees....
