Heritage Fresh — lazy, rude, vulgar, abusing staff

I am a Civil Engineer, Private Employee, working as AGM and my company given me "Ticket Restaurant Card" for shopping. Today is Saturday, July 14 2018, my holiday, at 4PM, and i went to Heritage Fresh, Miyapur, Kalki mansion, Madinagunda village Super Market Store. I have been shopping there since 5 years. Today when i was shopping my legs were slipped and i have fell down, fortunately none of my body parts were broken. when i saw it seems some fridge was leaking and water all over the floor. The house keeper just mopped up some part of floor. but the floor was still wet. That was happened just in front of floor manager room. i was saying to other people why they have not displayed a "Caution : Wet floor" board and not even kept a temporary mat over there. The floor manager came out of his room and he started arguing with me (never shown a sign of apologetic gesture or talk), he was saying in a rude language "there is nothing such rule, we don't have such boards, why no others fallen down? you need to walk cautiously". i replied to him "how you become a store manager, this is a minimum safety precaution every store used to follow, i want to complain to your boss". there was an emergency help numbers board, i started taking photos of a that board. the floor manager watching this become berserk and started vulgar gestures, with rude language shouting "you go and complain who ever you want, i m not a fraudster, i have no fear, you are not my manager, you can't advise me how to maintain the floor, i will also give complaint upon you (like me also abusive like him) and all my staff will support me. Then i fed up with their vulgar language started gathering evidences and taking photos of the floor, then the house keeper woman hurriedly started mopping up the floor. Another man came to support store manager (i dont know whether he is staff or not) looking like a "bouncer" does not have an uniform and had a un-professional weird hair style even shouted upon me in much worst language and gestures. what i have observed in conclusion is "the floor manager and the other bouncer like staff man does not have minimum courtesy and manners but they had lot of hardheadedness and very much confident as none of his boss can take action upon them". I was just wondered how much lazy and wicked they are but still surviving in this competitive world without job loss fear. I have called and complained to their Area Manager ph. no. = [protected], ROM = [protected]. They are apologetic and talked to me promptly and well mannered, but i don't know whether they would take action upon the floor manager. Here i m posting the rude staff photos. blurring the images because i just want their superiors see them, not every people.
