We are a member of your shop at mithilapudi colony, p m palem post office, visakhapatnam 530041, andhra pradesh.

We were till the other day were advised that there was no need to carry the physical membership card. A digital display of the same on our cell phone or recitation of membership number would suffice for availing discount at the cash counter. Since the last few days, the store has mandated that either we show the physical card or an otp shall be generated on the membershp registered mobile number. This is proving to be inconvenient as otp generation is rather vexatious since the registered cell may not be in possession and neither the membership card. Otp generated need to be accessed by anyone at home where the cell is lying or with any other member travelling. Thus there arises much delay at the cash counter with other shoppers queuing up with the bill not being able to generate unless the otp is conveyed to the cashier.

The earlier system of recitation of membership number and / or showing the digital display of the membership card by a member or his family was much convenient. Please revert to this practice. As it is the discount in a year has a limit.
