Heritage Fresh — Non receipt of cash back on purchase of Almonds

Dear Sir,

I purchased 500 gm of Almonds vide transaction id no. ED[protected] on 18.06.2021 with promise of getting cash back of INR 200.00 to my future pay wallet with phone number [protected] within a week time. The purchase was made at Lokale Heritage fresh store.

More than a month passed. So far the cash back towards this purchase was not received by me. No body could give a proper answer at the store except calling some one telling about it.

Kindly resolve the issue .
