Heritage Fresh — Not attending customer in working hours

Around 7.30 pm today 04092020 i had been to heritage fresh chiragali lane abids, security and another in charge madam did not allow me to enter inside for shopping stating that it is closed even though i said that i am savings club member. Please redress my grievance at the earliest.
