Hero Electric — Cheating

I am hereby sending a mail to register a complaint regarding a hero electric scooter dealership. I have booked an electric scooter from this dealer on 05/07/2021. The dealer informed me that the booking can be processed only after paying full amount. Without any hesitation i have payed full amount on 19/07/2021. But till now the dealer has not delivered the vehicle yet. The rto registration is book on 28/07/2021 (I know this information after getting a message from rto, also attached). The dealership has-been cheating me by saying that the number plate has been put on hold due to some issues in printing agency of numberplate. The dealership has been cheating me for so many days by saying silly things. I have lost interest in that dealership and hero.

I have also noticed so much hike in tax when compared to other dealers. I have enquired with this issue and the dealer wasn't able to give me proper reason for this. I have contacted other customers from this dealer and they also faced this same issues.

For example,
For photon they are charging an additional amount of 4000 rs. (The details are in attached documents.)

If they sold 100 vehicle, then they got 4 lakh money illegal. It's only the case of photon.

So kindly please enquire about this dealership and give me a proper explanation for the issues i have faced from this dealer.
