Hero Electric — Complaint in e bike Photon

Never imagined that reputed company like Hero will do this with there customers

I purchased Hero PHOTON From Go green Sector 21 chandigarh on 22.10.2021 i.e. Yesterday from dere only i am getting problem of e bike getting stop/non functional on the way even if it is fully charged .Even meter shows that battery is fully charged but eventually it is not showing exact battery left to charge bike.

Today i visited dealer for the concern problem but they said there engineers dont know about the problem as this e bike is new and they are not trained for this and told me to come on Monday

I am left with no other option but to visit them on Monday but my concern is if there engineers are not qualified to solve this problem then why Hero has launched this product ? You should have trained your staff/engineers first so that if any problem arises you must be enable to solve it before launching the product in the market

Customer like me have spent my hard earned money on reputed company like of yours I.E. HERO on trust that Hero will provide best products to their customer but you have failed to provide not only good product but also bad after sale service

Please take necessary action in this case or else get my money refunded or my e bike replaced

An early action taken will be highly anticipiated
