Hero Electric — Electric Scooter | |||
I, Anandarup Das, have been purchased a Hero Electric Optima lx on 07.02.2021. one of the parts wasn't working. After enquiry through the dealer I knew one electronic parts (Controller) have been damaged. They also stated that the said parts will be procured from the Company of said scooter. As per rules, total entire warranty of the said scooter also exists. I also took follow-up action about the said parts with the concerned dealer two weeks continuously. The concerned dealer stated that as soon as the parts is available the same would be fitted in the said scooter. Finally after two weeks, they said that the part are available now and we will get it done. And then after 5/6 days, the dealer stated that the controller, which was supplied by the Company, is not at par with my scooter and they also not know about the time limit for the supply of the said parts from the Company. It is very much undesirable fact and I am astonished about the level of the Company viz. HERO. The total matter is placed before you for taking necessary steps about the supply of the parts and also to be fitted within a shortest possible time limit. It will be appreciated if you kindly take action, as deemed proper, for repair of my Hero Electric Optima lx at the earliest so that I can use the same during this Covid-19 pandemic situation for safety of myself as well as my family.
