Hero Electric — Hero optima subsidy not refunded by DPCC and no reply received by HERO ECO Co.

To The HERO ECO Company This is the complaint regarding subsidy not returned back as promised by the dealer on behalf of Delhi Pollution Control Committee, it’s a deptt. Of Environment, Govt. of NCT Delhi. I bought an Electric scooter after reading a news in news paper in the month of April15 that Govt. Subsidies the cost of electric Scooters to customers. I bought the same from the dealer of HERO ECO Company situated in Tilak Nagar, West Delhi . Dealer Mr.Nitin assured me that subsidy will be credited to your account with in three months from the purchase, which is due in July 15 . But From the month of July15, I regularly follow up the matter of subsidy of Rs.5912/- on Hero Optima model, but all the persons The Hero Eco Company, Dealer and the DPCC fails to answer me on subsidy refund. I sent numerous mails to DPCC chairman, Dealer and the Company “ Hero Eco “ I am sending mails to all of them from August 15 . And now on 24.9.2015, I got a letter from DPCC by Post, in which the accounts department written to me that you are not liable to get the subsidy because dealer already deducted the same from bill, I have made it clear from Dealer and Company who given me this thing in bill mentioned separately the amount of subsidy will be refunded by DPCC . This is a disputed matter between HERO ECO Company and DPCC, they both blame each other, DPCC account department told me that Dealers of HERO ECO Company mislead the customers by saying “ you will get the subsidy from DPCC on the other hand Dealer’s statement is “ DPCC issued a letter on subsidy which says they will give subsidy to customers also. All the above case is also forwarded to MR.Manish Sisodia (Dy CM) who forwarded this case to Mr.Asim Khan as email attached below. In the whole dispute only the customers suffer, who bought the electric scooters on these misleading statements. It is not only the case of Rs.5912/-, It may be in Lakhs if dealer sold 100 units per month from last six months, and company has aprox. 20 dealers, it comes to 5912 x600x20 =7, 0944, 000.00 ie, Seven Crores approximately. Till date I am sure that Dealers are writing same thing for subsidy refund on bills and mislead the customers. Please highlight this case, so that consumers who are not aware about it, or don’t get their subsidy back till date, will be aware about misleading statements of Dealers and don’t buy Electric Scooters in Delhi. I further request to CNBC channel to Help all the consumers who are waiting for subsidy for their subsidy from last six months . I am attaching supporting documents, bill issued by dealer and also letter from DPCC which clearly rejected the subsidy.
