Hi Team,
I purchased OPTIMA CX 2.0 from Pune Electric Bikes LLP, Kothrud, Pune - 411038 on 30th August 2023.
I am not getting any service support from the showroom and as well as from the service Centre, and now I found out that the showroom is permanently closed from where I bought this vehicle.
Complaint No 1 :
The service center for me is around 27km far from my location, and as per document I will get free servicing for next 4 years.
But after showroom closed service center provider is saying company is not paying them, so they will not do free servicing and charging extra money.
Complaint No 2 :
It's not even 1 year completed for my vehicle and the headlights are fused.
I called the service center regarding it, but no proper communication from them. At the end I went to the service center to replace the headlights, but they don't have the original/working headlight with them.
So they charged me money and replaced it with a normal yellow light and that light fused again within 12 hours.
I travelled at midnight without a headlight for more than 30km, who is responsible for this mistake and if anything happened ?
I am looking for a solution to this issue. Actually not only me but more customers who bought this vehicle are facing the same issue.
I purchased this vehicle looking at the previous experience with the Hero, but now I feel I wasted my money, my safety and energy post invested into the Hero vehicle.
