Hero Electric — Non delivery of vehicle even after 3 months

Order #he-live[protected]] (29 june 2021). I had booked optima hx dual battery at booking amount of rs 2999. My nearest dealer is sai e auto. 1st lot came in september to dealer. But dealer was not in a mood to give one to me. Mr ranjit kumar area manager was also with dealer when i approached the dealer. He also requested to spare one for me. But the dealer turn a deaf ear to him. So there is no rapport between company and dealer for which customers are suffering. Dealer is charging nearly rs 75000 including registration, insurance and accessories. The vehicle cost is rs 58980. So they are charging around rs 16000 more against registration, insurance and accessories. Can you justify the amount charging by the dealer? Mr ranjit kumar has assured me that i will definitely get a vehicle in the next lot around 1st week of october. The dealer also agreed. Yesterday i visited the dealer and enquied about my order. He told me that i will not give you vehicle as he has some issues with the company and also told me that the price has also increased. I called mr ranjit kumar told him about the incident. And told that i will not pay the enhanced rate of vehicle as i had booked 3 months back. He told me he will talk with the dealer. But till today he has not even spoke a single word with the dealer. Now i think i am mentally harassed as i booked online looking the reputation of the company. But i was wrong. This company is not customer friendly. I feel i am being cheated by company and dealer both.
So if my issues are not solved within 5 days, i will be forced to move to consumer court against the company and the dealer for not delivering the vehicle after 3 months of booking apart from harassing and cheating me.
1. Provide me vehicle within 5 days.
2. The vehicle billing should be in previous price as i have booked on 29 th june. I should never accept the vehicle in new price logically.
3. Reprimand the dealer for misbehaving and charging extra.
