Hero Electric — Poor Quality Panels, Battery Container Damage, and Unresponsive Service

I purchased a Hero Electric Optima HX Single Battery scooter and am extremely disappointed with its build quality. After completing only 5, 000 km with minimal usage, multiple cracks appeared on the panels. I take good care of the scooter and do not overload it, yet the battery storage container beneath the seat has now split into three parts. Additionally, the side cover of the scooter has started opening unexpectedly, causing safety concerns while riding.

To make matters worse, the showroom/service center where I purchased the scooter is closed, and my attempt to contact Hero Electric via social media (X) on March 3rd went unanswered.

I am requesting immediate assistance from Hero Electric to resolve this issue under warranty or provide guidance on how to proceed with repairs given the closed service center.
