[Resolved] Hero Electric — Regarding battery replacement in under warranty
We purchased Hero Electric Bike (Optima) on 02.02.2020, which is now running its battery problem after 10 months of running on 26.12.2020. I showed my Bike on 03.01.2021 to my local dealer here. They justified that your battery is bad. It will take 25 days to replace the battery. But my warranty expires in february 2021. My bike has totally stopped.
we are requested to you, please extend the my warranty period.otherwise change my battery within two days.

This is surprised. It have not resolved problem till date. Also no any one response from your side. That is very bad, we will not purchase in future hero electric Bike. as well as no suggest any colleagues for purchased hero electric. Hero electric service is very poor. my hero electric bike has been totally stop last around one month. kindly take the action.
