Hero Electric — Replacement of battery in warranty period not being made

Address: 78/4chotu ram nagar Rhtsk

Hero electric optima was bought from Rama Auto Rohtak on24/3/2023but the Scooty. Is standing with dealer workshop since 13:2/2024 for want of Replacement of Battery with inWarranty. No response from company/ dealer I am deeply shocked with the behaviour of Hero Electric It should be Zero instead of Hero
