Hero Electric — Scooty battery under warranty not replaced.

We had facing issues in our Scooty. by day one. Scooty hand Over in warranty 26 sep 2023.till date battery not received we received replay team working on it so wait sometime your complaint is under process every reply.

1. Charging Port not working - Problem was facing by day one.
2. Centre stand of Scooty was damaged - It was facing by day one.
3. Noise in handle - with in 6th Months
4. Battery issue - with in 9th Month.
Battery handover to Dealer on 26thSept2023. Golden Cycle Ashok Nagar 36/13 behind police station Tilak Nagar.
battery warranty is 3 Years. Need the nessary action against the company and justice to me.
