I am really frustrated with the new vehicle purchase experience with heroelectric.
I purchased the hero electric photon vehicle from k motors madhapur, hyderabad on 29th of march, 2023.. Not even 1 week.
Ex showroom price is 86, 000.
He called me and said offer is going on and made me purchase it for 83, 000 on road.
I paid full amount in single payment.
(K-motors sold me defective product to me)
1. Getting lot of rat sound from back suspension while riding.
2. Low mode and high it is going same speed. (57)
3. 2nd day when iam riding bike i saw one big spark come out from inside head light
4. Back side it is broken when i asked them he technician he is saying it is company defect.
5. Handle is little bit cross i noticed and said to manger of k motors nothing they did.
Over all answer from them will check in next servicing.
Is this right thing sir what they did with me.
I said them to replace with new vehicle he is not even responding to me for this reason.
I have been facing the issue from starting of the day. I tried contacting the dealer from where i purchased he sent me to service center they done minor repairs. But issue not yet resolved.
I sincerely request you to take very high priority complaint and resolve my problem.
