I had taken a personal loan from Hero Fincorp whose account number is GUR0PL[protected]. I had paid my entire loan amount along with all charges on 19th January 2022 and also informed the bank through email. When I emailed Hero Fincorp, I sent the payment receipt in attachment. I also got a call from Hero Fincorp and they said that your loan account will be closed by 27th Jan 2022 and NOC will email you. And she also said that by canceling your cheque, we will send to you through courier. I have written many emails to hero fincorp for loan account closure but my loan account is not closed yet. And also trying to deduct EMI from my bank account, due to which Canara Bank has charged me twice. Repeatedly calling and emailing me to pay emi but not closing my loan account even after paying full loan amount.
