Dear Sir
I have not taken any loan from Hero Fincorp Ltd, But I have seen two wheeler loan in my CIBIL A/C (MANTWL[protected])
against 45k defolter is pays less and dues about 25k, So my cibil score is affected due to this mistake from your organization. Please help and resolve my problem as soon as possible

I am receiving calls from these numbers and they sent goons to the address where we are not even present and defame my name without my knowledge created a scene all that without giving me a call. Both of them are harrassing me and asking me to suicide only then they will not defame my name. I have Tweeted long back and received call from your team and the person promised me I will not receive any calls till April end after that not ONLY I received call but goons went to the address too. According to the RBI rules recovery agent do not have the rights to discuss or defame customer to any neighbour or person however you team doesn't seem to follow any rules as there agents are sharing all details with neighbour and when I am calling them they asking me to SUICIDE right away. Please stop this right away or else kindly reply that you guys are asking customer to suicide just because they are delayed for the payment. Sharing the screenshot of the numbers I need action against them and need proper help as soon as possible.

My self pavan Kumar loan id no.27080868 in hero fincorp, Jaipur . My bike insurance EMI is 3937rs per month & I m deducting this amount every month on time. But other deduction also from my account in form of ECS 590rs every. I already talked with branch manager regarding this problem but my problem still not solved. So plz do needful for this as soon as possible. I can't afford these type of deduction without any information so plz refund my all ECS deducted money in my account as soon as possible.

I have closed my car finance AP36AP4599 in herofincrop total ammount fully paid with cheque bounces also more over 80days are completing but still i didn't getting any response from the manager about the noc details he said u will get noc after 45 but 80 days was completed it is not correct manager was not responding for our calls so plzz give me update of noc manager was making tomuch careless about my issue

Hero fincrop is not giving my noc of the car AP36AP4599 I have paid total amount 90 days back I have went to office and asked for the noc but they are saying that ask to manager only issues the noc but the manager was after attempting my calls I ask about noc means he was keeping my all number in block list this is not correct

Please share all docs related to my loan (Loan welcome letter, Loan details, or Loan agreement), I tried to download multiple time all docs with the app but docs not received my mail id, I was full repayment of my loan of INR 3, 7611 after that I was seen around 1600 to pending foreclosure of my Loan, today I received SMS from my bank 3482 debited after I check with Paytm app is showing no pending amount of Paytm loan, same I attached regarding screenshot of my Paytm application.
Required:-
(1) Loan welcome letter.
(2) Loan full detail letter.
(3) Loan Agreement letter.
(4) Loan NOC
(5) Pending amount reversal

I Sanjeev Gupta, had taken loan from hero fin corp but due to Covid -19 and financial issues unable to pay EMI at that time and after that from the last two years i am requesting the bank people by mailing and on telephonic conversation to restructure or reduce the amount of my EMI. In return I received the email that kindly contact one of your bank employee Johney Verma. This man didn't even listen to my request and clearly said I will go with legal procedure if you didn't pay full amount of our loan in a month. All this legal procedure started by his negligence. Also he himself stated on telephone that there was a way but i will not be doing that. All this legal procedure and EMI stopped because of him.
I have all the proofs of mails which i was doing on constantly since year 2020 to restructure or reduce the EMI for few months.
Now again i am saying i am ready to pay the loan and i am requesting you to restart my loan apart from going for legal procedure.

Dear Team, I have requested so many times for NOC even I raised a email complaint to company.Till date I didn't receive any response where I requested for NOC 6th of July .When I tried reaching customer support there is no proper response and they are behaving very rudely even though I explained the situation where I have to move other state in few months so it is very important to get NOC soon when I asked this they where like wait till you get we don't have any information about this .They are not even bother to give atleast a solution instead of that they behaving rudely.I request you to help me in getting NOC ASAP.and take strict action against this company

Hi this is SYED SAJID PASHA. I had made a advance EMI payment of Rs 4256 to hero fincorp but it's not yet updated in my loan account number 27027344. I tried calling its customers care number but there is no response . I have raised a complaint via email with ticket no[protected] but there is no response. they forced me to pay the advance EMI even though it was not showing in app, they said after paying advance EMI bike registration can be done so i made a payment in SLN Automobiles, Tolichowki,

on 7th June 2022 but it is not reflecting in app till now. I hope you will look into the matter and resolve the issue ASAP. Thanks

I, manoj pradhan on dated 22.06.2022 mistakenly sent my 333120 rupees to my hero fincorp loan account. Right after the incident i told their customer executives about this and they said within 8 working days your ammount will be refunded. But till now the ammount is not reimbursed.Today i was talking to their executives they say they won't say anything about this case. I Need your strong support, I get a loan from Hero Fin Corp Loan Number 6091870 and i paid all EMI's expect one EMI and EMI hold due to unnecessary extra charges show in my account regarding this issue i had already mail mark to Hero Fin Corp Corp. Team & also Muzaffarpur Team who used to call me for payment.

No one ready to support me even after mail mark and tweet...

Today early morning my father was going Muzaffarpur at the Marwan point 10-15 people suddenly block his road and started abusing and fighting all people not ready to listening any thing, My father immediately call me i also request to on call and i told them i paid my all EMI's only one left due to some confusion in extra or late pently so that's why i am paying one left EMI but all person not ready to listen and started stealing bike from my father after so much request i ready to handover the bike at one condition if you are emp of Hero Fin Corp and you have to authorized to seized the bike then please show Court order to seized my bike and abusing order and fight order . He told me that This is Bihar and there is no any law and snatched bike forcefully.

After this my Father reached at Hero Fin Corp office Marwan and his manager demanding extra 4000/- seizing charges and not ready to gave any slip of this payment, I told me that my father please call nearest Police Station and clear all thing but my father had amount before.

Sir, only one thing i want to know, is this real no any law work in Bihar and i admitted i hold that one EMI which is out of rule but i want to know, this is way to recover bike and who approved to fight and abusing very bad language at the middle of Market/Road.

मैंने पैसे ट्रांसफर होने के हर रोज कॉल करके इनको बता रहा हूं इसके बावजूद भी कोई कार्यवाही नहीं कर रहे हैं मेरा यह लोन जल्दी-जल्दी कैंसिल कराया जाए

Last month I have paid EMI on 16, Mar 2022 but you do not received and you add additional charged on daily bases while I have paid earlier whole dues.
In this month you have add that remaining dues which were you added after 16, Mar 2022. In this case what should I do??
Do you think about customers problems or you always think about your business??
Due to your such type of non-sense the civil of customers affected please think about customers also.
Kindly go through all my previous mails including this mail and reply one by one and help to me for further inconvenience.

I have completed my total due to company and still iam receiving msg for clearing my dues ...as further there is no confirmation on my due amount i.e some msg state amount of 70 thousand, some of 62 thousand and moreover when i check it online my due is 0 .
Futher when i try to call customer care the line is busy

Here I want to state that this is my second mail to you regarding my problem. I want to say that the EMI of personal loan which I took from paytm had to be deduct from my account on 5 february 2022 but it is not done, I tried from my side also but it is showing unsuccessful on your app, here I declare that I am not responsible for late payment in this regard so I am not going to pay the I extra interest. I also called on customer care she told to make a chat but that didn't work also. I want to close my loan and trying to pay for that also but there are so many problems in your app and i can't do that even I am trying. As being a customer my experience was too bad with your services and if you any extra charges are imposed by you on me for late payment then I am going to complain against it in RBI/ banking ombudsmanombudsman.

I tried calling its customers care number but there is no response . I have raised a complaint via email with case id 05341867 but there is no response even after 10 days. My name is rajan s/o Mangat ram . I live in ludhiana punjab. Yesterday I purchased splendor plus z black from jyoti motor ludhiana. And financed from hero fin Corp.
Your executive ( Rahul Sharma) at dealership financed my vehicle .
I paid 20000 as a down payment. I was in rush yesterday.your executive told me that u would pay 3860 rupees per month for next 2 year . I said ok.
And come back to home with new bike.
But late I realized I was cheated.
So today I went to dealership and ask ur executive that how he made that installments. He didn't give me satisfying answer. And misbehaved me.
Sir please solve my problem and give me correct detail otherwise I will go to court.

I had completed my loan payments of 36 months bearing Loan no. 4590278 for Duet 2 Wheeler... But the loan section of Eastern motors Chimeirong Manipur told me about to pay 38 months... I don't understand why...

I took loan from HeroFincorp for my two wheeler vehicle.
I am keeping sufficient bank balance on EMI date but this fraud company debiting charges of Rs.295 every time whenever there is money in my account. I am a daily wage earner, because of this cheating i am not able to pay my EMI. If there is sufficient amount for EMI, this comopany first debits Rs.295 as charges then they debit EMI amount please help me out and file a complaint against this cheating company.

While I was going to pay on 7th November an installment of hero fincorp, the amount Rs 2257 had been deducted from my paytm account but the transaction was failed. I could not contact with the customer care toll free number. I have sent a mail but in vain. The UPI Ref. No. Is[protected] and payment gateway link was herofincorp.techprocess.co.in/HeroFinCorp/response.jsp
So please refund me with the amount Rs 2257.
