Hero Honda Motorcycle — blue book not given

I am tamal ghosh, bought a honda cb shine (Drum) from sms auto (G. T. Road, kodalia more, hooghly, w. B., phone no[protected] on 05/07/2015. But so far i didn't get my blue book of my two wheeler (Regn no:wb16am6559). At first they gave one blue book but there chasis number and model number were wrong. It is like following:
Correct chasis no. And model no. Should be me4jc651ff133483 & cb shine (Drum) respectively but in provided in blue book it was written me4jc5jff7133483 and honda cb shine (Dis break). For this reason they didn't provide blue book.
So far i am trying to get corrected blue book. I, my self went r. T. O. (Hooghly) and made a letter for correction this. But it's very unfortunate that sms auto are not taking any responsibility at all although it's whole responsibility of dealer. The people also harassing me.
So, if you kindly do the needful steps regarding this it would be my pleasure.
