Hero Motocorp — 5% cash back not given | |
I purchased a Hero Passion Pro BS6 bike on 18.03.2021 through SBI Debit card with a duly paying service charges of 1.5% (Around Rs.1300). The same was purchased under offer under 5% cash back scheme with SBI Card (Hero Motocorp + SBI Card offer valid upto[protected]. The transaction details are as follows 1.[protected] SBIPOS[protected]SRIVARI AUTOMOBILE - Rs.49735/- 2.[protected] SBIPOS[protected]SRIVARI AUTOMOBILE - Rs.30587/- The above matter has been mailled to Hero Moto Corp and SBI Bank on 30 june 2021. The SBI Bank replied on 30 june 2021 as follows, "Kindly contact your merchant for cash back". But in this case, Hero MotoCorp Sale Manager (on behalf of SRIVARI AUTOMOBILE) spoken to me and no action was taken so far. Please take suitable action in this matter and do the needful.
