[Resolved]  Hero Motocorp — Availability of Spare parts.

Hi Team, I would like to complaint about the scarcity of motor parts in Hero MotoCorp. I had my KarizmaR 2014 model sent to the Sehgal Autoriders, PCMC, Pune service station on 17/08/2014 and even after checking regularly with them, i am getting the same answer as the parts are available. Sehgal Store manager, Mr. Ajay Khele informs that the company is not sending any parts to them however the company has its new production going on in full fledge. I request the team to please consider this complaint and try to help me get my bike back as it has been more than one and a half months that i have been waiting for it.
