Hero Motocorp — Battery charge for battery purchased 55days ago | |
Dear sir, i have purchased new exide battery from ronak automobiles, naroda, which comes with 2years warranty. Today after 55days from purchase the battery is not working hence i went to service centre. They said the battery if dim and we have to charge it for which you have to pay charge for same. I argued that its being not even half year and battery got dim, and if i have to pay the charge then what's the warranty is for, the guy out there told me that we have to send battery to the company i.E exide and your bike will be with us for 15days. If i have to wait for 15days then why should i purchase from registered dealer there are many local vendords. Kindly get me a solution asap. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |
