I am the valuable customer since 2010 of your company. I have purchased ignitor hero bike from preetam enterprise, palalakhemundi, gajapatin in the year of 2014. When i travel 300 to 400hundred kilometers from pkd my chain sprocket has been damaged.. Every 300-400, i do change my chain sprocket. Sir i m very much tired to replace a new chain sprocket again. I do regular service at service station. The service personnel told me it's a manufacturer defect. So u have to take immediate step against my bike otherwise i will go to the consumer court.
