Dear Team,
My name is Bhakta Vatsala from Bangalore and this mail is regarding a complaint on Sai Motors (Peenya, Bangalore). My Story goes on like this; I bought a new bike from Sai Motors (Mathikere Branch, Bangalore) on 1st Week of October 2021 (Bike No KA04 KF 9457) and just after 2 weeks after the purchase on 16th October 2021 the worst thing happened to my bike, a truck hit my bike and 85% of the bike was damaged, thank God non was injured, then I took the bike to the workshop on 17th October 2021 (Sai Motors Mathikere Branch, Bangalore) and they informed me that you have to wait for 2 days to get Insurance check. Then after a week I got a call and they informed me that, there is more damaged to the bike and we have submitted the quotation to the insurance company and we have to order the damage parts to the company and the parts will take some time to reach workshop and you will be getting you by last week of November, this is what I got information from the showroom, but I used to visit the workshop often and often to check the condition and 3rd week of November I got information that even bike chassis should also be replaced as there is more damage chassis also, then again 1st week of December I visited the workshop to check my bike condition and the new chassis has come and I thought that my bike will be delivered very soon but again they informed me that even the wiring kit of the bike has been damaged we need to changed the wiring kit and atlast wiring kit was received by services center but there was again a issue with the wiring kit, they had received was as old type and this bike was BS6 and at last after waiting for a week they had received the proper wiring kit so I was a little bit happy and 2nd week I got a call from the workshop that we have replaced the chassis and the owner need to submit the RC card to the RTO for the new number to be printed on chassis. So I visited to RTO on 15th of December 2021 to collect the information so what is the procedure to take the new chassis no, So the inspector informed me you have to get new and old chassis to the RTO we will inspect the damage chassis and then we will issue the new chassis.

So till now everything was ok and I used follow up daily and then started a problem and the problem who created is Babu and he is the manager of Sai Motors Hero Motocorp (Peenya, Bangalore), after visiting RTO inspector I returned to showroom and informed to Shiva Kumar who is the sale head of hero motocorp of Sai Motors (Mathikere Branch, Bangalore) where I had left my bike for repair and I informed to Shiva Kumar Sir that chassis inspection should be done before fixing the new chassis and if we fix the chassis without inspection there will be issue and he gave me the contact no of Babu who is the head of hero motocorp of Sai Motors and I informed inspection should be done before fixing the new chassis and I question him how did you fix the new chassis without RTO inspection and Mr Babu said no such rules and you no need to worry and he informed me please submit a application that chassis has changed, get form 29 and fill the column that you are changing a new chassis and requeting a new chassis no and they will give you the new chassis no and the owner should go and print on the new chassis, this was the wrong and worst information was given to me by Idiotic person name called Babu and for us it was new and we believed him blindly So again I took a letter from the service center that chassis has been changed, a letter copy from the owner side of the bike and with form 29, and with RC card I visited RTO on 25th December to submit all the documents’ for inspection and then superintend who checked the documents gave a Shocking News and this was worst thing that had happened ever in my life, the superintend scolded me in front of everyone that without RTO inspection how did your workshop people fixed the new chassis and who gave you the permission and they charged me a fine 3000 and they informed to get Police complain that there is been chassis changed then only we will inspect your bike and he also warned that owner has no rights to print the New No on the Chasiss and it should done from Service center and should be cleared by the insurance, I was totally clueless and upset because of this Bloddy Babu who is the head of service center and who gave me wrong information, and then I called him and I informed and scolded him how you can give such wrong information and how can owner can print the chassis no non the vehicle, and again this guy is arguing that its owner duty don’t call me again on same day I visited nearby police station and I explained all incident what all happened and even police also shouted at me how can come you are asking for a fir copy after the accident of 3 months. And Police also warned me that Chasiss no should be printed from service center only, if not we will register a case on who fixed the chassis, on service center and the owner of the bike.
At last I submitted all the documents’ to the RTO with required papers and they have informed me that they will come to inspect the vehicle on 19th of January after that we will give a new no and submit it to the service center and services center should print the no and the then will you need take delivery from the service center. But not even once this babu had called me from past 3 months or given any update on my bike, now who is responsible for this, because of him I paid 3000 fine extra and noting has happened still, this is what service you will provide to us, If this issue is not cleared in next 10 days, I will registering a complaint against the service center, hero motocorp, head of the department and Mr Babu who gave all wrong information with wrong details. I need to get call as soon as possible, if not I will take the issue very seriously.
