Hero Motocorp — defected vehicle sold

Hi team,

I am deeply stressed because my sister bought hero maestro edge in oct 2017 from kanpur. Since the first day two wheeler has been giving ignition problems. We have been to service center atleast 8-10 times in 1.5 years, where they just fix the issue temporarily but they have not been able to fix the problem. Rather they have started neglecting her.

She bought the two wheeler by her small household saving of 15 years. This is absolutely ridiculous and need your help. Below are the details of vehicle and dealer.

We visited Honda showroom in dehradun niranjanpur savaali.staff was non technical they don't how to care and how to behave with customer. We were sorted there and they want lunch .and told us wait will come after lunch .one of staff depika.
