Hero Motocorp — defective bike sale and service | |
Sir, i had a sweet experience about one of your products splender plus which is about fifteen years old. I always appreciate the quality of your products. As i was in need of one high mileage daily use bike, i purchased one hf deluxe about four months back. Although i was assured about high mileage, i got one defective piece of bike having starting problem which never starts without choke and of low mileage of about twenty kmpl. Even after first service about two months back no significant improvement was found except assurance from avik motors asansol. On 14.2.20 my bike was not starting at all in spite of all efforts and it was sent to avik motors for rectifications. On 18.2.20 i visited the servicing center personally and also tried to know about the defect but till date the bike is lying in service center and the cause and delivery still unknown to me. Even after investing money for a bike for daily use, i am managing my daily routine without a bike. Kindly see and arrange for earliest rectification of my bike otherwise compensate accordingly.
