Hero Motocorp — Delay in battery replacement | |
There was a battery issue with my new purchase bike (160R Extreme, Red colour). Dealer name: Cynosure Manik Auto Centre Hero Dealers Kolkata, Madhyamgram. They kept my bike on 17th Aug'21 and assured to replace the bike battery within 5 days. But till now they haven't replace the battery. However I have received sms from HERO on 1st Sep'21, saying that my bike is ready and call is closed even they kept my bike with them only and battery is not yet replaced. They are blaming EXIDE company for delay in delivery of new battery. In this covid situation it is very difficult to come office by Buses. I am facing some health issue due to travelling by over crowded buses and monetary damages also happens. Kindly help me. Was this information helpful? | |
