I sushil from jamshedpur.i want to share about the engine problems and resolutions .
I purchased a hero bike glamour i3s and bike no is JH05BX4009 at november month 2017 . But this bike is bad engine and in this bike problems are compressor down and very noising when that start the engine.
I want to say that my bike is 10 months old and I know that any bike not problems create in this much months.
I meet your hero service centre in kashidih sakchi jamshedpur 831001 and he was not responsible for this engine because I missed 2nd servicing . So I want to say that my bike engine warranty is 5 years.
And I paid the amount of bike . Than warranty of engine who is responsible for this issue.
Finally I want to say that your bike engine is very bad and you and your company is cheated of customers because you are irresponsible for this engine issue and than you are not axcept to your engine is very bad of new glamour model i3s.
I have complaint this issues of your service centre than he say to me paid some amounts of engine related. And than he will responsible my bike engine.
Sir I want to that your bike engine is bad and foult is your bike engine.
FINNALY I WANT TO CHANGE MY BIKE ENGINE WITHOUT ANY COST.
So please check it problems. And resolve this matter.
