I have maestro edge which i bought from saanvi autobiles dehradun. I got my scooter serviced from the same.in the job card i mentioned all the problems that i was facing including the seat lock problem. But after service when i paid the bill and was given my scooter i noticed the seat lock problem was still there for which i again complained about and after checking for around 45 minutes they said the seat lock wire has to be changed which will take half an hour max. I got it changed and as was already very late i just paid the bill and moved. But today i checked they have charged labor charges for changing that wire but they say it's free when scooter is in free service period. I am highly disappointed with such a company like hero. Please look into this matter. I have attached the photo of both the invoices.
