Hero Motocorp — Fuel Pump not working

Hello Sir/Ma’am,

I’m Klester Fernandes, owning Hero Xpulse 200 Bs6 since 2021 September,

My bike’s fuel pump stopped working on 6th May 2023 at my residence,

Got in touch with authorised Hero service center,

Towed my bike and took it to the service center which is 2.7kms from my residence,

They refused to change the part for free and told Hero isn’t passing the warranty,

Again towed my bike back simply made me wait for 3 days keeping me in the dark about everything

It’s been almost a week since my bike is standing still,

It’s not why I bought the bike to keep it stand still Hero replace it asap,
