Hero Motocorp — hero maestro edge vx scooty/complaint against the dealer for the new maestro edge scooty problem

I am ashok purwar from auraiya. I was buying a new maestro edge vx scooty on 02/03/2020 from suraj hero in auraiya.
In my scooty there are many problems like didn't start by self, didn't bright the meter, the battery of the scooty are not charge. I am complain about this problem to the dealer. The dealer said, "this is a battery problem in your scooty". The dealer said, 'i can do the replacement of your battery to the hero"
So, my question is that,"how the new scooty battery doesn't work properly".

Sir, please give me the answer of my question and solve my problem from dealer after contact because my son is very sad from this.
