Hero Motocorp — insurance policy

Respected sir/madam,
I made online insurance of my bike hero splender i-smart cg24-7768 at www.hcslinsurance.com and my transaction id is heroil[protected] for the amount of rs 1169.00/- which is paid on 24 oct 2016 through axis bank debit card. But still i am not receive the document of vehicle insurance policy.
And because of this, the police department has done my challan too.
I also mailed in [protected]@herocorp.com and [protected]@herocorp.com. No evidence came from them. Because of this, i have faced economic and mental problems.

Maestro edge स्कूटर पिकअप कम दे रहा है जो की 60 k.m तक स्पीड नहीं पकड़ रहा है सर्विस सेंटर में दिखाने पर कोई संतुष्टि न देकर कहते हैं की इस स्कूटर में ही कंपनी से कमी आती है और यह स्कूटर सफल नहीं है मेरी समस्या का समाधान किया जाये
