The honorable sir I am rajneesh from wayanad, kerala I am a customer who uses the hero's master edge . I bought the vehicle from safe motors kalpetta wayanad in kerala, In the event of my vehicle's breakdown, i reached your dealershop, that is safe motors kalpetta wayanad, on january 13, 2020, to order a new wiser. And paid a sum of rs 750 through google pay for wiser.. At the time of odrer the dealer said i will be available within 2 days when i place an order, didn't receive it a month later... For the past 20 days i have been trying to contact your dealer in wayanad over the phone. But they didn’t attend my phone. This irresponsibility of your dealer makes me very disturbed. And this incident prompts me to rethink my decision to buy a hero's new vehicle. How dare people like us take up the new vehicle because of this irresponsible behavior. So please do your best to help me with this matter and request that the wiser i ordered be made available to me.
