I bought the vehicle on 09th November 2019 from Nilesh Automobiles, Mahad.

However, the vehicle was hard to drive above 20-25 km/hr. During 1st service, the service centre (Nilesh Automobiles) said that running km were not enough and job will be done only if you have more running hours. The same answer was given during subsequent services without resolving the issue.

Then he promised that engineer will attend to the problem but it never happened and then lock down started. On repeated enquiries, after lock down, service center promised that engineer will arrive and he will inform me to bring vehicle once engineer is available. This did not happen. After 1 month, upon enquiring, he made excuse that I did not bring vehicle which was a lie as I was continuously following up with him. Then I kept vehicle with the centre and did not recieve any update for many days. Upon enquiring I was told that vehicle is ready after repair. I found that vehicle was not touched at all and nothing was done while he claimed that the vehicle was sent to Panvel Hero Motorcorp.
After going into further details it became clear that the vehicle was not sent to panvel for repair. No proper response was given about this issue and after lot of argument, he agrees to send vehicle for repair on 24th November 2020. After few days, he asked me to contact directly to HM motors, panvel. Upon enquiring it became clear that the vehicle was received by them for the first time. Finally I recieved vehicle on 18 December 2020 and after taking trial, it was evident that the problem is not solved and there was still the same issue. even the mechaic confirmed that there is an issue. The argument made my Nilesh automobiles is that rake the vehicle, run it and problem will disappear.

As a matter of fact vehicle never performed as per warranty and also also consuming almost double of fuel than what it should. Nilesh automobiles says that vehicle is like that and the problem can not be solved and he refused to give it in writing.

Problem is still not resolved and I need some assitance to get it fixed permanently.
