Hero Motocorp — maestro edge starting problem since I bought | |||
Dear sir, this is Amarnath Reddy from Hyderabad. I purchased Maestro Edge in the year 2018 bearing 'chasis number - MBLJFW017JGA04511' ; Engine Number - JF33ABJGA03433' ; 'Registration Number - TS08FZ 1537' from 'Shiva Automobiles, JNTU-KPHB, Hyderabad. I think they gave me fault vehicle. It has got starting problem in the first week it self either kick or self. And the same problem reported several times and every time they replaced the battery. Last week also I have it for 5 th service and after 5 days it did not start. I was in traffic and It stopped all of sudden. I took to the same service center again the replaced batter this is 4 th time they replaced battery. They are not looking for root cause. It's been torture for me since an year. This show room don't have proper manager, no treatment to customer, no trained service guys all looks faltu. I request your attention to take proper action on this service center for not rectifying the problems. Also I would request to get my vehicle properly verified and the address the problem. This is my hard earn money and feeling sad that my vehicle trobule in year. Please note this would create bad reputation in long term.
