My hero maestro edge scooty of 2017 model has got major engine problem in spite of timely servicing. The total km travelled by this is only 17905 kms. After servicing, i have got a bill of amount of 7400 (Approx). After requesting service manager to the service center (Service center is singla agencies-mohan co-operative area, new delhi), he has reduced the amount to 5499/- which is still a bigger amount for me. I doubt about the person who carry out services in service center. Perhaps, they service the bike without changing engine oil though they charge for the engine oil. Customer are not allowed inside the service station where actual service is carried out. Another incident occur in the same day. My scooty was not started by self start. Mechanic checked it and told that battery has damaged. I insisted him charge the battery. They told me that they have fully charged the battery and assure me that battery has damaged and i have to change the battery. But i could not believe on his words and started by scooty by kik start and after travelling distance of about 10 km i have found that battery has charged and self start is working. Battery is fine. Upto today i. E. 17.08.2020, i have continuously used my scooty by starting self start and i have not got any problem. This shows that service center people try to manipulate the customer and they do not do their duty properly. I want a enquiry in my case. Was this information helpful? |
