Hero Motocorp — New pleasure not able to start

I purchased new pleasure platinum from authorised dealer in satara on 6 March 2022, and on 22 March the vehicle refuses to start with self mode or kick start, if you pay such a huge amount for purchase and that thing starts giving you problem in 15 to 20 days, how would you feel
