Hero Motocorp — newly purchased scooty not functioning | |||
Dear sir, ma'am I bought my new scooty maestro edge on 14 september 2017. From day 1 i have been facing troubles. The self starter of the scooty is not working i tried putting the choke but still no use. I have to kick to start the scooty and that too not once or twice after kicking 5-6 times will it only start. This is the condition from day 1. Especially after rain it doesn't work which means we can't take our scooty on a rainy day.. Is this a special feature of maestro edge like "only ride on a sunny day"??? Even though we complained about the same already on the first day itself the respected authorities just changed the battery which doesn't make any change to the worst condition. Is this the kind of service which we have to expect from a reputed company like hero motors. Its just been 3 days we have bought the scooty and now itself it's like this. I request the respected authorities to either solve the problem. Replace the defected one with a new one or we will have to move legally.
