Hero Motocorp — Not proper servicing | |
Hi, Today i had appointment at 10.30am for first free service at ridhi motors at andul. I had reported at 10 am, but they take my bike at 11.30 am. My question is why you are giving appointment. After that they hand over my bike at 2 pm while they gave time at 1.30pm. This is rediculas. Now i am seeing that they do not wash the bike properly. I have photos. They had charged rs.361/- for mobil while the servicing is free. I do not get the proper service. Wash and polish is not done properly. I want the service without further reminder. Otherwise i will escalate at social media & consumer affairs. I also work at consumer service at whirlpool. This is not acceptable. Regards, Diptesh ghosh Bike reg.
