Hero Motocorp — I'm complaining about hero's insurance

Dear ma'am/sir i have purchase hero splendor+ in september of 2018. I have pay for insurence 5256rs.in 23/01/2019 my bike has damage in a acident my bike has stand in hero service center in karawal nagar from januaray to till now they doesn't repair my bike because my insurence primeum is due pending. How is it possible at the time of purchesing bike, they (Upper india rama raod) told me that, you get 5yrs insurense in this bike then i will pay 5256rs for insurence but the service center (Karawal nagar) doesn't repair my bike.
Pls tell me the sollution.

Behaviour is very bad during the bike service on location manager and not satisfied of bike service.

Hi dear motocorp pvt ltd i wish to submit my complain about ur service at aaditya automobile sahdevpali chhatamura . I here by inform that my by is karizma r i have to done my servising at 3rd march 2019. They seems to change my clutch plate and housing that relates and then my bike has starting issue and low mileage and sound must be not good
