My name is sumit singh rathor. The reason for being here is that i have just bought a new bike hero passion pro 110 on 23 march 2018, it run only 146 km. As i said that i have just bought a new one so that there should be no problem into it, but i am facing lots of problem through this like 1. The pickup of this bike is very bad,
2. It creates sounds while changing the gare, i could hardly change the gare its veri tight sometime.
3. The speedometer is not working, and when i talk to the person of that showroom he was a mechanic he said that you have to buy a wire of speedometer because it has been broken.
4. It vibrates sometime in the first gare while even i grab the clutch.
5. Sometime it's i3s technology doesn't work.
So tell me if i bought a new bike then why wire has been broken and you guys are asking money for that. Is this your customer support??
I am fed up of this i want my money back.
You guys are not helpful to me. I gave you 38000 in hand apart from that i got installment of it for 12 months.
I want my money back. You guys are bunch of crook's. Not helpful at all.
