I have purchased passion pro 110cc bike from one of hero show room tee pee motors nilambur, as on 03/08/2018 and all of services done from bike point, manjeri

Bike being break down on[protected] due to engine failure (Mechanic says that oil supply to head was interrupted)
Please note that all of the services done on date (5 free services, one paid service)

Bike given to 'bike point, hero sales service&spares, manjeri' for repairing

1. Please clarify why these complaint happens even before completing one year from the date of purchase?
2. How much time i have to wait for completing the repairing work?
3. Whether i have to pay anything for the repairing work?
