Hero Motocorp — Petrol leakage and starting problem

Dear moto team,
Here, this is karthikeyan s/o s. ramamurthy.
My father mr. s. ramamurthy bought a scooter (hero pleasure) from jay bharat cycle & moped works. pondicherry - 605004 on 4th-october-2016 (friday). the scooter we bought is not in good condition. there is petrol leakage and starting problem. i need to switch the choke to start each and every time.. kick start is not working. due to this problems the next day of my purchase i went back to showroom and told them the problems. they asked me to leave the scooter and go.. i left it and came on same day i had a call from service center to take my scooter it was ready. i went and took it on saturday evening around 6pm. next day is sunday
The same starting problem i faced on sunday morning and too much of petrol smell around the parking.. i noticed down the petrol were leaked from mu scooter. monday i went back to showroom the repeated the same.. they asked me to leave the scooter i left. after two days they called me and told all the problems are cleared sir.. i believed them and took my new scooter with lot of dreams..
But again i faced the same problems..
Now i came to you for a good judgement.. please help me and do something for this problem.. either replacement or change all the parts in my new scooter..
Please look at my problem and please clear as soon as possible..
